Issue 12 is now available to order!

11 May, 2022

Lots of us at Amiga Addict are avid lovers of the point-and-click genre, and what better place to play them on your favourite Commodore Amiga? This month we sought out the minds behind two of the best adventures on the platform, Beneath a Steel Sky and Lure of the Temptress. Revolution Software (who went on to work on the legendary Broken Sword series) started out with the Amiga, so it was great to talk to them about how it all started out.

We hope you like our cover this month, we were lucky to get some of the original art used when putting together Beneath a Steel Sky!

Of course, that's not all in this issue, we've also got:

  • New digital coverdisk for Spheroid, with AA exclusive levels
  • Roundtable with Amiga Power alumni Stuart Campbell, Cam Winstanley and Rich Pelley
  • Interview with ex-Future Publishing ace Andy Smith
  • Looking at classic games Micro Machines, Another World and Enemy: Tempest of Violence
  • Ravi takes a look at the new Checkmate 1500 Plus Mini case
  • Gareth dips into amazing unique art package Cinemorph
  • James looks at what to consider when recapping your Amiga
  • We have two tutorials on getting yourself set up with a stable emulation environment
  • And, of course, much more!

The magazine is available in the normal places right now, and it will start appearing on shop shelves from 19th May.

We can't believe we've got to Issue 12 already. It's probably because we don't get a second to think about it! We hope you enjoy your new mag while we work hard on Issue 13 - no rest for the wicked!
